I wanted to understand how serious my ADHD is, and now I finally do. I also realized I need to work on my self-esteem. It has been low for a long time, and that makes daily life harder than it should be.
Mateo R., CA

There are lots of different tests to pick from, and the price is surprisingly low for how much insight you get.

CLEAR ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions

Any questions left?

What does this questionnaire measure?
It measures narcissism as a personality trait expressed in everyday attitudes and behavior. It is designed for research and applied settings, not for diagnosing a disorder.
How are items answered?
Each item presents two statements, and one statement must be selected. Choose the option that fits best overall, even if neither statement fits perfectly.
How long does it take to complete?
Estimated completion time is about 8 minutes. The questionnaire contains 40 paired-choice items.
Can results be used to diagnose a personality disorder?
No; the scores do not provide a clinical diagnosis. Diagnostic decisions require a qualified clinician and a comprehensive evaluation.
How should scores be interpreted?
Scores reflect relative standing on the measured trait within the tested group or reference sample. Interpretation should consider context and should not be treated as a fixed label.
WHAT THE TEST MEASURES
About This Assessment
Narcissistic Personality Inventory, NPI Test

Narcissistic Personality Inventory (NPI) Test

This self-report measure is used to assess narcissism as a personality trait in nonclinical populations. The Narcissistic Personality Inventory (NPI) is commonly used in social and personality research and may also support descriptive case formulation when interpreted cautiously.

The instrument consists of 40 items and typically takes about 8 minutes to complete. It uses a forced-choice response format intended to capture normative expressions of narcissistic characteristics rather than to establish a psychiatric diagnosis. The version developed by Raskin and Terry is widely cited.

Scores from the Narcissistic Personality Inventory (NPI) should be interpreted in context and integrated with other clinical or assessment data. Results are not sufficient to diagnose a personality disorder and are best used to inform hypotheses about self-perception and interpersonal style.
