Male Sexual Formula, MSF Test - the question form

1. Need for sexual intercourse: How often do you experience a strong desire to have sexual intercourse (regardless of penile erection)?
Never, or no more than once a year.
Several times a year, but no more than once a month.
2–4 times a month.
Twice a week or slightly more often.
Daily, once or several times.
2. Mood before intercourse
Strong fear of failure; therefore I have never attempted intercourse.
Marked uncertainty; therefore I look for an excuse to avoid attempting intercourse.
Some uncertainty, but I do not avoid attempting intercourse (or I have intercourse to please my wife, without inner desire; or I have intercourse to test myself).
Mainly a desire for pleasure and to possess the woman; I begin intercourse without apprehension.
Always only a desire for pleasure with a woman; I never have the slightest doubt.
3. Sexual initiative: I take actions aimed at the immediate initiation of sexual intercourse.
Not at all, or only at intervals of one year or more.
Several times a year, but no more than once a month.

5. Penile rigidity (erection):
An erection does not occur under any circumstances.

I have to make an effort or use local stimulation to achieve an erection firm enough for penetration (or the erection weakens after penetration but before ejaculation).
My erection is not fully rigid, but penetration is achieved without difficulty.
An erection occurs in any circumstances, even the most unfavorable.
6. Duration of intercourse
Ejaculation does not occur under any circumstances.
Ejaculation does not occur with every sexual intercourse; intercourse is prolonged and sometimes exhausting.
Ejaculation occurs before penetration or at the moment of penetration.
Ejaculation occurs a few seconds after penetration.
Ejaculation occurs after about 15–20 thrusts.

Complete satisfaction and a lift in mood.
9. Overall success of sexual life
