Questions: 9 · 2 minutes
1. Menstruation
I have never had any bleeding from the genital tract.
Irregular bleeding from the genital tract, or regular bleeding from other sites (for example, nosebleeds).
In recent years, my periods have become irregular or have stopped completely.
My periods became irregular only under adverse conditions (for example, during significant stress, in summer, or after a change of residence).
My periods have always remained regular, even under the most adverse conditions.
2. Attitude toward sexual activity
Sexual intercourse has always caused an overwhelming feeling of disgust (or pain).
For some time now, sexual intercourse has caused disgust, so I look for an excuse to avoid it.
Sexual intercourse is indifferent to me, and I take part without inner desire (out of a sense of duty or to avoid conflict).
Sexual intercourse is pleasurable, but the degree of enjoyment clearly depends on the phase of the menstrual cycle.
Sexual intercourse always produces intense pleasure, regardless of the phase of the menstrual cycle.
3. Vaginal lubrication at the start of intercourse
I have never noticed this.
Does not occur every time and depends on the phase of the menstrual cycle (during "unfavorable" periods it does not occur even with prolonged foreplay).
Occurs with considerable regularity (regardless of menstrual cycle phase), provided foreplay is sufficiently long.
Occurs in all cases, provided intercourse is initiated from intrinsic sexual desire.
Always occurs and very quickly (even with very light stimulation, such as brief hugs and kisses, and sometimes simply during intimate conversation).
4. Occurrence of intense orgasmic release (orgasm)
I have never experienced an orgasm under any circumstances.
I have experienced orgasm only during erotic dreams.
I have experienced only isolated instances of orgasm under exceptional circumstances (sexual "games," specific forms of sexual stimulation with a highly experienced male partner) or with self-stimulation.
Orgasm occurs in about half of all sexual acts.
Orgasm occurs in more than 80% of all sexual acts; there may be repeated orgasms during a single sexual act.
5. Physical well-being after sexual intercourse
Pain or a feeling of heaviness in the genital area.
Complete physical indifference.
A feeling of unresolved sexual arousal that persists for a long time.
A feeling of release of sexual arousal, occurring immediately after intercourse or during the final caresses.
Satisfaction and pleasant tiredness.
6. Mood after intercourse
Disgust and/or a feeling of humiliation.
Relief at being free of an unpleasant obligation.
Complete indifference.
Satisfaction from knowing a duty was fulfilled (or pleasure from knowing the man was pleased).
Gratitude toward the man for the pleasure experienced; happiness from a mutually shared sense of closeness.
7. Level of sexual activity: Sexual intercourse occurs with the following frequency:
Never.
At intervals of at least one year.
Several times a year, but no more than once a month.
Several times a month, but no more than once a week.
About twice a week or more often.
Daily, once or several times.
8. Your husband's (or sexual partner's) ejaculation
Does not occur under any circumstances.
Occurs before penetration or at the moment of penetration.
It occurs within a few seconds after insertion of the penis.
It does not occur with every sexual intercourse; the act tends to be prolonged, sometimes exhausting.
Approximately within 15–20 thrusts.
After 1–2 minutes.
Longer.
9. Duration of the sexual difficulty
Since the beginning of sexual activity.
More than six months.
Less than six months.
There are currently no difficulties, but they have occurred in the past (especially at the beginning of sexual activity).
I have never experienced difficulties in my sex life.
