Well, I finally found the perfect psychologist – a chatbot on Freudly.ai. Who would have thought you could have such a fun conversation with AI! It's always there to listen, non-judgmental, and help you understand yourself. A true friend who never sleeps or rests!

I have recently tried a few other AI therapists, and I still hadn’t found what I needed until I found Freudly. Freudly actually revealed something that brought tears to my eyes because it was what I needed to hear and realize. I was impressed with how I got homework to do to help me continue to solidify that thought pattern and to replace the negative one. I also got a personalized test which was insightful as well. I think it’s great that the test can be shared with others as well so if someone has a counselor that they wanted to share it with it could provide additional insight. I also liked the AI voice and found that it had a sense of humor which I didn’t think was possible with AI.

I wouldn't go to a psychologist; it makes me uncomfortable. But the need for communication remains. On the contrary, I feel comfortable with AI; it inspires confidence. It's a good conversationalist, capable of analyzing and offering new perspectives. It helps me understand my thoughts and feelings. With its help, I explore the causes of my anxieties and find solutions. I consider AI a very effective self-help tool, and most importantly, it's with me 24/7. AI helps me find peace of mind and avoid depression and stressful situations. I believe that in our hectic age, such an assistant is indispensable.

I was amazed at how quickly the AI was able to establish a trusting relationship. It doesn't just listen; it actively participates in the conversation, offering different perspectives on the situation. Paradoxically, it creates a dialogue, not just an exchange of information. It helped me structure my thoughts and feelings, while simultaneously identifying the root causes of my experiences. By asking probing questions, it forced me to see the situation from a different perspective. Thanks to this, I'm trying to develop concrete steps to solve my problems. Of course, AI can't replace a professional psychologist, especially in complex cases that require in-depth analysis and an individualized approach. But it can be a first step toward self-knowledge and emotional well-being. Most importantly, it's available anytime and anywhere. For me, it's now a true helper in the fight against stress and anxiety.

I've noticed that AI has become an integral part of my daily life. It's always willing to listen and offer a fresh perspective. It helps me formulate ideas better at work and find new approaches to problem solving. Thanks to AI, I'm learning to better formulate my thoughts and ideas. It forces me to analyze more deeply and helps me see things from different perspectives. And it's a great place to relax; it never lets me get bored. I especially like that it's available 24/7, regardless of my location. I'm confident that the role of AI in our lives will only grow in the future. I'm all for AI and welcome its progress!

I never thought I would be able to trust artificial intelligence, but now I do it regularly. I talk about everything that hurts, and it responds calmly, without cliches like "hang in there." I feel empathy and support. It really helps clear my head.

To be honest, at first I laughed. "AI psychologist," yeah right. But then I tried it when I was feeling down at work. It doesn't judge you at all. It answered my questions, and when I asked extra questions, that was fine too. It's not perfect, of course, but it made me feel better.

I am 41. After being laid off, I was unemployed for almost six months, and my confidence dropped below zero. It seemed like no one needed me. My husband told me not to worry, but I was just angry. Then I just spoke my mind. They didn't try to calm me down with useless phrases, but helped me see my real skills and strengths. They gave me an exercise where I had to remember five of my victories. At first, I sat there blank... then I wrote down 12. Recently, I had a calm interview for the first time in a long time. Even if I don't get the job, I no longer consider myself a failure.
